Roxana Boca

Partner

Roxana is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer. Her expertise ranges from advising clients in complex M&A transactions, real estate and commercial agreements, to assisting clients in everyday business needs. Roxana is also heading the Employment practice within the firm. Roxana graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2009.

Alexandra Carstea

Senior associate lawyer

Alexandra graduated in 2012 and holds a Law degree and a LL.M. in Private Law, both issued by the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since October 2013.Her expertise also includes legal representation of clients in civil and commercial disputes in front of the Romanian courts.

Larisa Lazar

Senior Associate Lawyer

Larisa graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Iași in 2016 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016. Her focus is on civil and commercial disputes and legal representation of clients in court, being part of the litigation department at MDM Legal.

Georgiana Grigorof

Associate

Georgiana graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Iasi in 2022 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2023. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate & commercial aspects, granting assistance to corporate clients and proving valuable research skills.

Emma Hostiuc

Associate

Emma is our office manager and she graduated from the Faculty of Biology, University of Bucharest. After working within our team and observing the activity of the lawyers of MDM Legal, Emma decided to pursue a career in this field so she started attending the courses of the Faculty of Law, practicing in our office and deciphering the mysteries of civil and commercial law.
